Krystal serves as a Family Resource Coordinator (FRC) at Youthful Horizons Therapy, bringing a decade of expertise and a background in childcare to her role. She specializes in guiding families through early intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth to age three. Krystal connects families to vital community programs, assists any financial navigation, and ensures parents have the tools, guidance, and support needed to nurture their child’s early growth and development.

Her profound empathy stems from personal experience: watching her mother navigate life after being paralyzed by polio instilled in Krystal a lifelong compassion for families overcoming life's challenges. Outside of her work, she loves playing softball, exploring nature, and treasuring free time with her daughter and two sons.
